Package: MINI VCI cable for TOYOTA TIS Techstream, I‘ve bought mine from OBD365 for around $30. The cable is about 4’ long, with a box and “MINI-VCI J2534 Standard OBDII Communication Interface” sticker. That's the same version I installed, I followed the installation manual (PDF file in the link I gave above) to a tee - I actually printed the darn thing to make it easier to follow step-by-step. I have not had any issues with a 'Forced update', used it as recently as last week with only one small issue - It won't diplay the DTC screen for TPMS - but will show the Data and will program sensor ID's.

• A laptop running 64-bit version of Windows 7/8. Mine is actually Windows 8 x64, but for Windows 7 the configuration procedure should be identical. The content of bundled mini-CD: The Techstream, MVCI drivers and TIS Key all can be on the Internet as well.
